We want you to love your Ezpz style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience effortless from the initial click to the final exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
